FENRIR BOOST

The initial run of the FENRIR BOOST has been hand made in red and black krackle paint with black hardware and limited to FOUR hand numbered pedals.

The FENRIR BOOST is based on the classic (yet unobtanium) T.C. PREAMP but takes that sound to a whole new level through several upgrades including a CA3130 opamp, internal trim pots and a treble frequency switch.

The most exciting upgrade is FENRIR uses a bipolar power supply for 15v+ and 15v- resulting in 30v of headroom.
This technique is used in solid state amplifiers and is what gives them more headroom and clarity compared to your average 9v-18v pedal.

When the treble is cranked and the bass is cut completely you have and improved version of an infamous double digit boost.

If there is enough interest the FENRIR will be available in "none more black" (black with black hardware) and black and silver krackle with black hardware.

DO NOT USE WITH ANYTHING ABOVE 9V!!!
The internal voltage doubler/inverter is already at its maximum capacity.

All BLACKHAWK pedals and preamps are true bypass and standard “one spot style” 9v, Negative tip, 2.1mm barrel.

Please allow 1-2 weeks build time as every BLACKHAWK pedal is made by hand for YOU.
