The RAGNARÖK HANDWIRED tube preamp is a handwired, high voltage, high gain tube preamp blased on the preamplifier in the ODIN amplifier.
Using a JAMES/BAXANDALL EQ (based off of the ODIN EQ) with an added switch to provide six frequency options to the unique inductive midrange control designed by Blackhawk Amplifiers. A massive range of tones are possible. From tight, articulate and saturated gain to pristine cleans and everything in between.

The HEL HANDWIRED tube preamp is a handwired, high voltage, high gain tube preamp blased on the preamplifiers in the HEL and BIFROST amplifiers.
Using a unique BLACKHAWK designed tone stack (based off of the classic DR103 EQ) with an added midrange Frequency control and push/pull switches for low mid boost (on the bass pot) as well as a treble cap, a massive range of tones are possible.
Tight, articulate, throaty and saturated. extremely brutal for black/death metal.
The HEL can be placed in front of any single channel tube amp, effectively making that amp a two channel amp. It can also be used into an FX loop or power amplifier.
This tone stack, rather than scooping out all of the midrange resulting in the thin sound one would associate with placing a tube preamp in front of another, the HEL truly reigns destruction upon all who hear it.

Preamps use an AC wall voltage transformer which supplies both 6.3v AC to the filaments and over 200v DC to the plates of two 12AX7 preamp tubes.
Transformer is made by hammond for 120v usage.
Transformers are available for an additional cost that are switchable between 115/230 but the 230 setting can be used from 220-240
Now offering a cathode driven, balanced XLR output with a Jensen output transformer as an additional upgrade.
